The Performance Team will consist of those athletes from our development team that have made a certain time standard set by their coaches and show a maturity level that will enable them to train in endurance and speed as they prepare for a higher level of competition. This team will practice  4 days per week –  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday  from 3:00pm – 4:30pm, and Saturdays from 10:30am – 12:30pm.

A Garmin 405 or similar GPS watch with heart rate monitor is required for this group of athletes. The program consists of  intensive on water and off water training with micro and macro cycles incorporated.  It is recommended that these paddlers have their own paddle and boat.
